what is laziness?
Laziness is an unwillingness to spend energy, an unwillingness to do a task that perceives to be difficult or uncomfortable. Actually, it is a state of passivity and of letting things stay as they are. What are the reasons for laziness?
Laziness can be because of procrastination(the action of postponing something). Procrastination only makes things harder and entertains laziness. Sometimes, we enjoy being a little lazy, such as after working hard for several hours, or when we stay in bed on a very cold day. It can be because of indecisiveness(not able to make decisions). You might start thinking about things to do in the morning and by noon, you still haven’t decided yet. This means that you have wasted half a day which ultimately constitutes laziness. It can be because of poor nutrition. If you don’t eat a well-balanced diet, you deprive your body of the fuel that enables it to perform and hence your question ‘why am I lazy?’. It can be due to a lack of motivation. If you don't have the motivation, you will always feel lazy. There are endless reasons such as exhaustion, lack of self-worth, fear of failure, depression.

" I can and I will." "I am motivated and I can do anything." "Doing things makes things happen." Say these words and you'll feel motivated by giving voice to your actions.
6. Make a checklist of the desires, goals, and tasks you want to move towards
Make a to-do list, both large and small things, and prioritize each one in terms of time needed and important to you. Place copies of your goal sheet or routine list everywhere where you look or go often like one by your computer, on the bedroom door, on your cupboard. It will make you feel motivated and energetic all the time if you keep going and working towards it. Always remember one thing that Action changes everything.
